- Usage data: Queries you make, features you use, and usage counts for rate limiting.
- Uploaded documents: Documents you upload for analysis. These are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after analysis.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card details.

3. Data Security
We protect your data using HTTPS/TLS encryption, encrypted password storage, JWT-based authentication, and Razorpay PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. Uploaded documents are deleted immediately after processing.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Azure OpenAI (AI analysis), Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database), and Qdrant (search). These are industry-standard providers with their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Request deletion by emailing support@easemydraft.com. Uploaded documents are never retained.
6. Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

We use essential cookies only (authentication tokens). No tracking or advertising cookies.
