By using EaseMyDraft (easemydraft.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

EaseMyDraft is an AI-powered legal drafting assistant. It is a tool to assist legal professionals — it does not constitute legal advice.

2. Important Disclaimer

EaseMyDraft is NOT a substitute for professional legal judgment. All AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before use. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any output.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for your account security.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One person per account (except Team plan).

4. Subscription Plans

• Free: 50 queries/month, 3 saved drafts.
• Pro (₹999/month): 3,000 queries/month, 50 saved drafts.
• Team (₹2,999/month): 10,000 queries/month, 200 saved drafts, up to 5 users.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments processed through Razorpay. Cancel anytime. Refunds available within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@easemydraft.com.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineering, sharing accounts, excessive automated calls, or uploading malicious content.

7. Intellectual Property

The EaseMyDraft platform is owned by us. AI-generated content may be freely used in your legal practice.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded documents are deleted immediately after analysis.

9. Limitation of Liability

EaseMyDraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
